V distribuciji potreba po temeljnih projektih IKT

Tovrstni projekti so osnova za implementacijo pametnih omrežij, so med drugim povedali na upravi družbe Elektro Primorska.

Znano je, da naraščanje števila obnovljivih virov energije povzroča določene težave v distribucijskem omrežju. Kako jih rešujejo v Elektru Primorska?

»Naraščanje števila OVE povzroča predvsem težave v nihanju napetosti v omrežju. Zaradi dvosmernih pretokov moči so problematične (pre)visoke napetosti, ki zahtevajo prilagoditev obstoječih konceptov regulacije napetosti in ponovno definicijo tehničnih kriterijev priključevanja. Z OVE so razmere v omrežju izrazito lokalnega značaja, zato je treba v omrežju postopoma izboljšati observabilnost in lokalno kontrolabilnost, kar omogočajo pametna omrežja,« so pojasnili na upravi Elektra Primorska.

Pametni števci omogočajo daljinsko odčitavanje

Glede izvajanja projektov s področja pametnih omrežij so povedali, da trenutno tovrstni projekti pokrivajo le vgradnjo in integracijo pametnih števcev v merilni center. To pomeni, da se z njimi omogoča daljinsko odčitavanje obračunskih podatkov in v nekaterih primerih tudi daljinsko izklapljanje odjemalcev ter eventualno izvedba nekaterih dodatnih funkcionalnosti, kot je npr. ugotavljanje neupravičenega odjema. Ni pa njihova širša AMI funkcionalnost vključena v napredne sisteme za vodenje in obratovanje omrežja. V letu 2013 je Elektro Primorska vgradila okoli 5000 pametnih števcev.

Trenutno v teku evropski projekt SUNSEED

»Na področju pametnih omrežij je trenutno v teku EU projekt SUNSEED, ki vključuje implementacijo sodobnih komunikacijskih tehnologij za podporo pametnim omrežjem. Drugih projektov na področju pametnih omrežij trenutno ni v fazah operativnega izvajanja, so pa oblikovani nastavki nekaterih skupnih projektov na ravni elektrogospodarstva. Kaže pa se potreba predvsem po temeljnih projektih s področja informacijskih in komunikacijskih tehnologij in integracije sistemov, ki so osnova za implementacijo pametnih omrežij,« so dejali na upravi Elektra Primorska.

V zvezi z načrti na področju e-mobilnosti pa so pojasnili, da bodo v sklopu EU projekta SUNSEED v naslednjih dveh letih na testnih poligonih vgradili tri polnilne postaje za polnjene električnih avtomobilov. Trenutno omenjena družba v omrežju še nima vgrajenih polnilnic za e-mobilnost. (mj)
